How Our Vacuum Casting Service Works
We possess advanced sheet metal manufacturing equipment and a highly skilled engineering team, providing a full range of services including stamping, cutting, laser cutting, bending, and welding. Our commitment is to provide cost-effective, high-quality sheet metal parts, with strict process control to ensure every component meets your specifications. Whether you require small-batch or large-scale production, we can provide professional solutions tailored to your needs.
Prototype Creation
A product prototype is created based on CAD drawings using 3D printing technology. The prototype is sanded smooth and all barbs are removed. This will aid in the next step of creating a silicone mold.
Creating a Silicone Mold
Based on Your Prototype
A container is made to completely enclose the prototype. Silicone material is poured in and allowed to cool and solidify. The prototype is then removed. From this point, the silicone mold is created.
Production Using the
Created Mold
The appropriate polyurethane resin material is poured into the mold. Vacuum casting is then performed. The product is then created.
Finish Polishing
Nozzles and barbs are removed from the product, and color is applied until the desired surface texture and detail are achieved.
Advantages of Vacuum Casting
Short Manufacturing Cycle
Vacuum casting takes only 15 days from mold opening to manufacturing to complete production, and the time cost is less than one-third of traditional injection molding.
Low Mold Cost
Normally, the mold cost of vacuum casting is less than half of that of traditional injection mold. Therefore, for small batch production, vacuum casting is the most suitable.
Injection Molding
Grade Performance
Parts produced by vacuum casting have the same properties as parts produced by plastic injection molding, both in terms of stiffness and durability.
Vacuum Casting Materials

ABS-Like
ABS-Like is a general purpose polyurethane plastic that simulates ABS thermoplastic. This material is a great choice for most product enclosures.
Opaque Elastomer
Opaque Elastomer is a polyurethane plastic that simulates all kinds of rubber-like materials such as TPE, TPU, and silicone rubber. This material is great for wearables, gaskets, and overmolds and is available from Shore 20A to Shore 90A in 10A increments.
Acrylic-Like
Acrylic-Like is a stiff, transparent polyurethane plastic that simulates acrylic (PMMA). This material is great for see-through applications such as light pipes.
